Bond girl Maud Adams helped Hollywood star almost replace Roger Moore in Octopussy



THE SEARCH for the next James Bond never stops. All eyes are on who will take over from Daniel Craig, but in the 1980s it was Roger Moore who was about to be replaced. Octopussy Bond girl Maud Adams even helped one famous actor land the role before it was dramatically taken away. Adams, meanwhile, would go on to star in three Bond films.
