JUDY GARLAND would have been 100 today. Still most famous for The Wizard of Oz, the tragic star's life was filled with heartache and pain and she defiantly said: "I wanted to believe and I tried my damnedest to believe in the rainbow that I tried to get over - and I couldn't.
