BETTE DAVIS fans know about the hate-filled feud she shared with Joan Crawford - but years before that she had a similar dispute with another of her rivals in Hollywood. This was over stolen movies, a stolen husband, and working "impatiently" together. Their feud was even used to promote a movie as they were handed boxing gloves to duke it out.
