James Bond backstory was changed by Sean Connery after Ian Fleming disapproval



JAMES BOND star Sean Connery was not Ian Fleming's first choice to play 007 when the films began back in the 1960s. Connery called Fleming a "snob", but it was the Scottish star's performance that got the author on board and eventually changed Bond's history forever.
